- Resolve client-reported compliance cases for Financial Services products and ensure that case resolution timing meets client and QuinStreet expectations. This position will support one of our largest clients.
- Work directly with multiple internal teams (e.g. Media, Marketing, and Engineering) and external partners to resolve compliance cases.
- Perform content validation checks as requested for Financial Services and other business verticals.
- Utilize internal technology and industry-standard tools to perform content audits, review results to remove false positives, provide correct data and summarize audit findings.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
