What You Will Be Doing As A/P Specialist I
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
- Process invoices, and expenses matching appropriate backup and approvals.
- Process weekly payment runs, matching appropriate backup.
- Comply and obtain SOX procedures for invoice and payment processes.
- Obtain and maintain vendor and employee inquiries.
- Maintain and process month end accruals.
- Assist in any projects that come up.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
