HDB Financial Services walk-In – Roles & Responsibilities For Credit Relationship Manager
- Evaluation of credit of various categories of customers within the prescribed TAT.
- Decision files with complete & correct documentation and ensuring correctness income documentation. Ensuring decision of cases which are clear from all aspects (KYC, technical, financial, RCU and banking).
- Ensuring that all the files are completed as per the documentation checklist. Ensuring that all the regulatory policies and procedures are met and adhered to
- Responsible for Review and support approval of credit files as per policy .
- Provide inputs to continuously strengthen the companys credit policy.
- Review of portfolio with respect to delinquency losses fraud on the portfolio by monitoring Flow Rates and net Credit Losses.
