- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of agents or employees, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients, and promote products or services offered by the agency.Monitor and assess the performance of the agency or team against established KPIs and targets.
