Walk-in Drive at HCLTech – Customer Service Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through phone calls, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls effectively, maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of issues, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate matters if needed.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and issue details in company systems.

Walk-in Drive at HCLTech – OTC /O2C/Order Management Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customer for timely payments.
- Processing , Verifying & Posting Receipts for Goods sold and Service Rendered.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use. Performs customer account reconciliation, including research of unapplied cash and credits to aid in dispute resolution.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
- Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
- Co-ordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
- Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by managements.
