- Achieving business numbers with the assigned leads & Channel partner (Connector/E referral)
- People Management (On roll and Off roll) Hiring, Retention & Productivity.
- Sales Governance through compliance of systems and processes.
- Portfolio Health / Collections FEMI & FST (first month, second month & third month EMI).
- Reduction in customer complaints & cancellation by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done.
- Data management and efficient use of call centre leads.
- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations & Risk teams, to ensure TAT is maintained for case processing
- Have managed Home loan, Mortgage loan And Loan Against property
