• Support the Compliance Manager to transition processes from local offices to Compliance Shared Services; in a planned and controlled manner. Recommend and implement ongoing improvements to the process;
• Administer conflict of interest system (StarCompliance) activities e.g. personal trading, gift & entertainment, political contributions. Escalate cases accordingly to local compliance officers for investigation;
• Undertaking AML / KYC client due diligence checks, using Factiva or other systems implemented by Morningstar from time to time;
• Using e-mail surveillance tools to perform necessary surveillance. Escalate cases to local compliance officers for investigation;
• Administer employee induction process in relation to compliance requirements, including welcome e-mails, distribution of pre-recorded new starter training, maintenance of compliance training registers for employees, follow up to complete trainings;
• Assist in the preparation of risk and compliance reports and follow up on identified risk and compliance actions;
• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS), Trellis, where all the training related activities across the geographies are executed via this LMS platform;
