Stibo Systems off Campus Recruitment 2023– Technical Support Analyst Responsibilities
- Monitoring the health of servers hosted in AWS and Azure Cloud 24x7x365
- Monitor all incoming alerts and qualify them. Be able to identify the priority/severity of issues/alerts and proactively take decisions to resolve according to the SLA with our Customers.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards. Manage, troubleshoot and monitor all system errors associated with our environments.
- You will regularly review and fix alerts across the 1000+ systems that we have, using the CloudWatch monitoring system as well as Prometheus and other tools.
- Escalate the incidents based on the standard procedure as per the runbook and follow up until resolution to mitigate issues before they arise.
