- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers regarding banking products and services, including account inquiries, transaction details, and general information, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Transaction Processing: Facilitate banking transactions over the phone, such as fund transfers, bill payments, account updates, and other financial activities, adhering to established procedures and security protocols.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or complaints effectively, aiming for a quick and satisfactory resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards while handling customer requests and transactions to maintain the integrity and security of financial operations.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions in the banking system, maintaining comprehensive records for auditing purposes and future reference.
