- Record To Report (R2R) :
- Financial Reporting: Manage and execute financial reporting activities, including preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Closing Activities: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of financial accounts to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal policies during the record-to-report process.
- Procure to Pay (P2P) :
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, manage relationships, and ensure timely payments.
- Purchase Order Processing: Oversee the creation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
- Invoice Processing: Manage the receipt, validation, and processing of invoices, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate payments.
- Artist & Contributor Responsibilities:
- Creative Production: Engage in the creation and production of artistic content, contributing to the overall creative vision of projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other artists, contributors, and project teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality outcomes.
- Content Contribution: Provide unique contributions to projects, whether in the form of artwork, writing, music, or other creative expressions.
