  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory. This includes setting sales targets, creating sales forecasts, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team within the territory. Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve their targets. Provide coaching and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
