What You Will Be Doing As SENIOR ASSOCIATE

• Product Development -Design, deploy and scale solution around RuPay card acceptance to enhance Volume and Value share of RuPay transactions.
• Institutionalize processes and infrastructure to support acceptance of RuPay International Card affiliates
• Product Utilization quality services-Manage key performance metrics of RuPay card through proactive monitoring and taking corrective and preventive actions.
• Product Penetration /Onboarding of Services-Ensure 100% of the payment ecosystem is live for RuPay card acceptance through any channel medium or for any possible use case.
• Operational Efficiency- Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance to resolve issues related to the product.

Skills Required for the SENIOR ASSOCIATE

• Technical Expertise: A Senior Associate is expected to have a strong technical foundation in their area of specialization. This includes a deep understanding of the relevant technologies, tools, and systems used in their field.
