Walk-in Drive at Claim Genius- Executive – Customer Service Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails on toll free and support email address
- Provide level-1 email & phone support to customers during applicable support hours
- Provide basic issue validation and escalation to Triage Management team
- Ensure the accurate tracking of all issues
- Assist with client communication
- Log tickets with proper customer verbatims and provide detailed information to the help desk manager for further escalation
- Individual ticket SLA management with regular communication to customer in case issue has been delayed for resolution.
- Documentation management along with tracking of User IDs
