Walk-in Drive at Datamatics -US Accounting Responsibilities
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter and update financial transactions, invoices, payments, and other relevant data into accounting systems or software.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable tasks such as invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication. Handle accounts receivable responsibilities, including invoice generation and customer collections.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
