• Voice Process Responsibilities:
• Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Customer Support: Address customer concerns, questions, and complaints by actively listening, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Non-Voice Process Responsibilities:
• Email Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, providing clear and concise information while adhering to company guidelines and communication standards.
• Chat Support: Engage in real-time chat interactions with customers, addressing their questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through processes or solutions.
• Data Entry and Processing: Accurately input customer data, transaction details, and relevant information into company databases or systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Walk-in Drive at Sagility -Trainee Process Consultant Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Collaborate with senior consultants and team members to analyze existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and compile relevant data and information to support process analysis. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of current and proposed processes, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to communicate changes and improvements effectively.
• Solution Development: Contribute to the development of process improvement strategies and solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and recommend changes that align with the organization’s goals.
• Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives by coordinating with various teams, conducting training sessions, and monitoring the progress of changes.
