• Able to handle multiple HRMS platforms.
• Conducting test cases (UAT) and preparing test scenarios.
• Providing production support to multiple HR systems.
• Requirement gathering and able to create BRD and other documents.
• Analyzing and providing best practices with permanent resolution for HRMS platforms.
• Assisting in adhoc request Raising tickets and assuring closure, vendor management,
  preparing helpfiles, preparing SOP.

• HR Automation Tools: Proficiency in using HR automation tools and software to streamline various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Process Optimization: Ability to identify areas within HR processes that can be automated or improved for increased efficiency and reduced manual work.
• Project Management: Skills to manage automation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful implementation of automated HR solutions.

• Outsourcing Management: Experience in managing relationships with outsourced HR service providers, including monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance.
