PHENOM off Campus Drive 2023–Senior ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities
- Provide requirement analysis, design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM applications (namely Service Catalog, Service Portal).
- Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the Service Catalog, Service Portal, and CMDB solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
- Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow
- Establish and maintain system design and technical documentation
- Provide necessary support and administrate ServiceNow System
