- Initiate outbound calls or communication to identify and generate potential leads for the products or services offered by the company. This involves researching and qualifying prospects to build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products or services during outbound calls. Agents need to deliver a compelling sales pitch, address customer inquiries, and overcome objections to encourage a positive response.
