- Responsible to manage a Team of 20 to 30 Agents.
- Setting And Meeting Performance Targets for Accuracy, Efficiency and Quality
- Ensuring meeting SLA.
- Monitor the performance standards of the team against planned objectives and recommending and/or taking corrective actions.
- Document, examine and report quality issues their response and suggest possible improvements
- Taking care of attrition and shrinkage.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and service levels.

- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer queries, concerns, and requests received through non-voice channels such as email, chat, or messaging platforms. Providing accurate and timely responses to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Order Processing: Handling customer orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges via non-voice communication channels. Ensuring accurate entry of order details and processing transactions according to company policies and procedures.
- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers encountering issues with products, services, or digital platforms. Resolving technical problems efficiently through written communication channels.
- Complaint Resolution: Managing customer complaints and escalations received through non-voice channels, investigating issues, and finding appropriate solutions to address customer dissatisfaction. Ensuring prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Assisting customers with account-related activities such as account setup, password reset, billing inquiries, and subscription management through written communication channels.
