What You Will Be Doing As HR Specialist

• Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Creating job postings, advertising job openings, and sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinating and conducting background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Managing employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Conducting exit interviews and handling offboarding processes, including exit paperwork and equipment retrieval.

Skills Required for the HR Specialist

• Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of performance management principles and techniques.
