What You Will Be Doing As HR Generalist

• Manage all Employee Data and Personnel Files for India
• Process and document events throughout the Employee Life Cycle, such as: Manager Changes, Promotions and Compensation Changes, Job Changes, Location Changes, etc. globally
• Assist with Termination Process & Exit Survey Administration for India full-time and contract employees
• Manage all LOA & Benefits in India 
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations in all processes/documentation
• Assist with special projects on an as needed basis

Skills Required for HR Generalist

• Experience with Workday HRIS system preferred
• Possess a high level of detail orientation and organization skills
• Strong problem-solver and able to work independently to achieve results
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
