What You Will Be Doing As HR Trainee

  • Orientation and onboarding: Assisting with the orientation process for new employees, providing them with necessary information and resources, and helping them complete required paperwork.
  • Recruitment and selection: Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Employee records management: Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Benefits administration: Assisting with administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation leave, including answering employee inquiries and facilitating enrollment processes.
  • Training and development: Supporting the coordination and logistics of training programs and development initiatives for employees, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and tracking attendance.
