- Understanding of Product Quality issue in chassis system & issue solving process.
- Lean and understand Volvo Quality process
- Drive FMEA on chassis system, preparation of boundary diagram & Quality history
- Special characteristic study and Technical Risk plan preparation
- Discuss with engineering team/Design engineer if necessary, for better understanding on product issues
access failure mode. - Engage and Extend support for automation, efficiency improvements.
- Understand more about Volvo process, products & application.
- Engage in Quality follow up meeting to align with group/team members & design Reviews
- Complete understanding on issue solving process, Quality tools, Quality improvements.
- Highlight good practice on continuous quality improvements areas.
- Proficient in GD & T, production drawing requirements.
