- Processing multi-currency invoices for payment.
- Reconciling supplier accounts, resolving any resulting queries and discrepancies which may arise with missing or held invoice.
- Assisting employees with expense claims, processing expenses for payment within concur.
- Assisting with month end/year end activities including audit queries.
- Review and reconciliation of GRNI, and Accounts payable reports.
- Review of new supplier information and set up of new suppliers for approval.
- Processing monthly company credit card statements.
- Preparation of adhoc journal entries, as required.
