- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. This involves managing calendars, confirming appointments, and providing necessary details to all parties involved.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the recruitment process, interview logistics, and any other relevant details. Timely and clear communication is essential to create a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize and maintain the organization’s ATS to track and manage candidate information. This includes updating candidate statuses, inputting interview feedback, and generating reports for recruitment analysis.
