Murugappa Walkin Drive 2023 Sales Manager Bancassurance Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for bancassurance operations in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify potential areas for growth and expansion within the bancassurance channel.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and key stakeholders to ensure a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Work closely with bank representatives to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance the overall partnership.
- Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of bancassurance activities.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of bancassurance teams, products, and strategies to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with insurance product development teams to create products that align with the needs and preferences of bank customers.
