What You Will Be Doing As Executive – Customer Services
- Customer Support: Providing prompt and efficient customer support by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback. Developing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
