What You Will Be Doing As Analyst – Payroll

  • Payroll Processing: Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including data input, calculation of wages/salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll components. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data, including attendance records, leaves, and other relevant information necessary for payroll processing. Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Tax and Compliance: Staying up to date with tax laws, statutory regulations, and payroll-related compliance requirements. Ensuring accurate calculation and timely submission of payroll taxes and other statutory deductions.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Conducting periodic payroll reconciliations to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
  • Payroll Reporting: Preparing and generating payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and other relevant analytics. Providing payroll-related information to internal stakeholders and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, deductions, and reconciliation. Collaborating with HR and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related information.

What You Will Be Doing As Senior Executive – Human Resources

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Supporting the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans. Providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Training and Development: Supporting training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Assisting in the implementation of talent development strategies.
  • HR Data and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. Generating HR reports and analytics for management, providing insights and recommendations based on HR data.
