What You Will Be Doing As Senior Executive Fixed Assets
- Asset Code Creation and retirement
- Approval matrix updation in Internal Assetrak software
- Monitoring & Facilitating transfer of assets
- Life updation of Fixed assets in SAP
- Tracking of Assets location at vendor location & Monitoring retirement of assets across locations
- Audit coordination, physical verification of assets & assets tagging across locations
- Coordination with teams for capital payments
- Journal entry posting
- Capital work-in-progress review
- Coordination for Month end and Year end closure of entries
- Coordination with Internal teams for asset related queries

What You Will Be Doing As Regional Finance Business Partner
- Responsibilities listed here are only indicative and not exhaustive. Incumbent should be desirable in handling any ad-hoc requirements/challenges related to the role
- Achievement of dealer satisfaction, which includes various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to cover dealer happiness. Some of the parameters include zero escalations, timely settlement of credit, proper information on debits, statement of accounts understanding, dealer reconciliations, Dealership issues identification and ensure its resolution, etc
- Implementing measures for process simplification and automation
- Reporting of regional profitability trend and analysis thereof
- Comparative analysis, regional diversities and identification and ensure best practices for performance improvement.
- Timely settlement of credits and recoveries for stakeholders (Regional vendors)
- Dealership performance review for commercial aspects
- Dealership appointment and termination – Business partnering
- Identification and ensure automation in business procedures to save time and cost
- Identifying business drivers and improvement in revenue
Skills Required for the job
- Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights into the financial performance of the region. This includes financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Business Partnership: Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with regional business leaders and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing financial guidance and support to drive business decisions and achieve strategic objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to understand the overall business goals and align financial plans and initiatives accordingly. Contribute to the development and execution of regional business strategies by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Financial Planning and Reporting: Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, management reports, and KPI tracking.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and assess financial risks within the region. Implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies to manage financial risks effectively.
- Financial Compliance: Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the region. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
