What You Will Be Doing As Analyst – Order to Cash
- Order Processing: You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. This includes reviewing order details, verifying pricing and availability, and entering orders into the system.
- Invoicing: You will generate and issue invoices to customers based on their orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of pricing, discounts, and terms of payment. This may involve working with various internal teams to gather the necessary information.
- Billing and Collections: You will monitor customer accounts and track outstanding payments. This involves sending reminders to customers for overdue invoices, resolving billing discrepancies

Skills Required for Analyst – Order to Cash
- Order Management: A strong understanding of order management processes, including order entry, pricing, shipping, and delivery. Familiarity with order management systems and the ability to navigate and utilize them effectively.
- Invoicing and Billing: Proficiency in generating accurate and timely invoices based on customer orders, ensuring adherence to pricing structures, discounts, and contractual terms. Knowledge of billing systems and the ability to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable/Collections: Experience in managing accounts receivable and the ability to track and collect payments from customers. Strong communication skills to follow up on outstanding invoices, negotiate payment terms, and resolve payment issues.
- Financial Analysis: Analytical skills to evaluate financial data related to order-to-cash processes, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements. Understanding of financial metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and its impact on cash flow.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and payment application. Ability to review and analyze complex order and financial data to identify errors or discrepancies.
