What You Will Be Doing As Renewals and Invoicing Specialist

• Manage the renewal process for software products, including sending/monitoring renewal notifications to customers.
• Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers for software products and services In line with renewal terms
• Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure timely renewals and accurate invoicing.
• Maintain accurate salesforce renewal opportunities, including status updates and timely closure of records.
• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations related to invoicing and renewals.
• Liase with Ideagen Legal dept to agree contractual terms.
• Provide support to the finance team as required.

Skills Required for Renewals and Invoicing Specialist

• Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using accounting software and Microsoft
