What You Will Be Doing As Process Delivery New Associate

  • Process Execution: You will be responsible for executing various processes as per defined guidelines and standards. This may involve handling data entry, documentation, data analysis, report generation, and other operational tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and quality of deliverables is an important aspect of your role. You may be involved in conducting quality checks, performing audits, and following established quality control processes to maintain high standards and meet client requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborating with the project team to identify areas of improvement in existing processes. You may contribute ideas for streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing productivity. This can involve analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing process enhancements or automation opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data sets, preparing reports, and generating insights to support decision-making and performance monitoring. You may work with tools and software to extract, clean, and analyze data, as well as create visualizations or dashboards to present findings.

What You Will Be Doing As New Associate-Inside Sales

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
