- Managing associates post assignment start date
- Proactively engage with all associates at least once, a meet either one-on-one or in a small group setting
- Reaching out to all the new joinee’s on the start date of assignment and induct them of the polices and processes
- Builds relationship with associates
- Coordinates / liaisons with the recruitment team, OB team payroll team as required
- Manage a tracker to log associate escalations / complaints
- Facilitates to ensure timely contractor on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities
- Ensuring full compliance on all policies and procedures
- Escalation Management
- Handling client escalation related to HR operations of Staff deployed to different clients.
- Client Management with regards to associate’s engagement
- Solving day to day HR issues & resolving it within TAT.
