- Order Processing: Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Invoicing: Generating invoices for products or services provided to customers.
- Credit Management: Evaluating and managing customer credit limits to minimize financial risk.
- Accounts Receivable: Managing and reconciling customer accounts, tracking outstanding payments, and following up on overdue invoices.
- Cash Application: Applying received payments to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Dispute Resolution: Addressing and resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to customer orders or payments.
