Walk-in Drive at Foundever – Customer service Responsibilities

- Handling Inquiries: Addressing customer questions related to product features, pricing, availability, policies, or any other relevant information.
- Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing order-related inquiries.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolving customer complaints and ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.

Walk-in Drive at Foundever -Skills Required
