• negotiate the financing facility of each retail subsidiary according to their working capital needs and investment planning. 
• guarantee security of payments in different currencies in respect of Indian FOREX regulations and explain new FOREX regulations whenever it is necessary.
• guarantee the availability of treasury operations for each new store being opened. Arrange essential training to the store cashiers.
• analyze, manage and anticipate the exchange risk on currencies, propose and execute appropriate hedging operations with financial institutions
