Role and Responsibility for Semi voice process
- Identify customer needs, diagnose issues accurately, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions in a timely manner.
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries regarding product features, services, through voice and email.
- Good written skill in English and spoken skill in English is required
- Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)
