Role and Responsibility for International Customer Chat Support
- Give them the right information and solve customer problems as fast as you can.
- Source high quality support & maintain customer satisfaction
- Input and update customer contacts into the database
- Forward complex issues to the right people if necessary.
- Attend to production, quality and turn-around-time targets everyday.
