- Leading direct communication with customers over chat and email, and, whenever needed – over the phone (perform outbound calls to customers when requested by them);

- You will maintain the reliability of the macOS and Microsoft Windows platforms with deployment workflows, and software updates

- Providing 1st/2nd line systems and application level support to end users
