- Verify and process vendor invoices correctly.
- Ensure suppliers and vendors are paid on time.
- Perform a reconciliation of accounts payable transactions and resolve all discrepancies.
- Keep proper records of invoices and other financial papers.
- Coordinate internally with the teams and the vendors for resolution of issues.
- Follow payment schedules and pending invoices.
