Responsibilities
- Perform Order to Cash (O2C) processes, if applicable.
- Process transactions in Process Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Implement Support Record-to-Report (SRTT) for supporting the finance operations.
- Enter and record monetary information.
- Handle and complete an invoice, and support with payment related tasks.
- Facilitate and finalize deals with internal team in a timely manner.
- Oversee and control quality and process.
- Assist in day to day financial and administrative tasks
Additionally, the candidate should:
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where there are deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and financial systems/ERPs – basic level (added advantage).
- Show analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail.
- Be open to cross training and supporting more than one F&A sub-process as needed.
- Respect all data confidentiality, process compliance and company policies at all times.
- Assist in day to day financial and administrative tasks
