Role and Responsibilities for Data Entry Operator
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for voice process operations and maintenance.
- Produce reports capturing productivity, attendance, adherence and quality and service level performance.
- Study operational data and determine metrics for assessment, realization of improvement opportunities, and closing gaps.
- Leverage reporting tools, including but not limited to, Excel and create dashboards and automated reports.
- Do reports with due diligence.
