Roles and Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing customers to present and promote paid membership plans effectively.
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing information to generate interest in Shaadi.com’s premium services.
- Convert prospective leads into paying members by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets set by the management, ensuring steady growth and improvement over time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Manage customer interactions in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or telesales is required.
- Proficiency in negotiation and consultative selling techniques.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear diction and articulate speech.
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Certificate (HSC).
