Responsibilities for Associate:
- Reviewing, Getting Good Processing and liquidity vendor invoices.
- Accounts Payable profile Voice Non-functional inclusive of Core accounting operations.
- Managing vendor and internal queries via email.
- Issue resolution through emails or calls related to invoice and payment.
- Preparation of account reconciliations and clearance of underlying open items in reconciled accounts
- Analyzing invoice attributes like supplier details, PO numbers, bank information, invoice date and amounts.
- Processing and releasing Invoices for payments within the agreed timelines.
- Ensure to comply with company Accounting Policies and AP process.
