What is Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)
TITP is a specific candidate talent exchange program that allows Indian citizens to go to Japan for a span of 6 months to 5 years for on-the-job training. The goal is to promote skill development in qualified candidates for effective bilateral cooperation between India and Japan.
In January 2018, The Ministry of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship delegated NSDC to manage TITP in India. This was a very important step towards promoting skill development.
