Responsibilities for US Healthcare Non voice Process
- Knowledge of EMR, EHR, release of information forms and HIPPA.
- Performs release of information requests such as retrieving and returning patient medical record, scanning medical record accurately and properly and sending it out daily in accordance to RFI, established processes and procedures and established quality and productivity standards.
- Good analytical skills.
- Respond to all requests including opening mail, answering telephone requests and retrieving facsimile requests, as needed by client.
- Ensure quality of all work to ensure accuracy of the release, confidentiality and invoicing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in English and one of the following languages.
- Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marwadi, Odia, Bhojpuri, Rajasthani, Marati, Kashmiri.
- The person should be available to work from office( Bahadurpally, Hyderabad).
