Roles & Responsibilities For GSA-Front Office

• Guests are greeted with a smile when they arrive so they feel happy.
• Check-in and check-out are done quickly and correctly for the guests.
• Any questions or problems from guests are solved in a friendly way.
• Information about the hotel, nearby places, and events is kept to help guests.
• Work is done with other hotel teams to make sure guests have a good stay.
• Room bookings, changes, and cancellations are done using the hotel system.
• Payments are taken, and the hotel’s money records are kept right.
• The front desk is kept clean, tidy, and neat all the time.
• Different tasks are done at the same time in a busy place.
• Work with housekeeping is done to make sure rooms are ready and special guest requests are handled.

Roles & Responsibilities For GSA-Housekeeping

• Daily meetings are attended, and the tasks for the day are done.
• The difference between VIP guests and regular guests, and different room types, is learned.
• The assigned areas are cleaned and taken care of by the hotel rules.
