Role & Responsibilities
- Professionally answer inbound calls by international customers.
- Place outbound calls when necessary (follow-ups, feedback, problem solving)
- Ensure correct call etiquette and tone (preferably neutral accent)
- Make sure first-call resolution (FCR) where possible.
- Be positive and understanding.
- Deal with problematic or angry customers in a calm manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have excellent Oral and written communication skills.
- You should be flexible to work in any shift.
- Provide high quality Tier 2 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls.
- Walk customers/ Provide navigational support on self-service portal
