Role & Responsibilities for Email Developer
- Answer Customer Queries, Complaints or Service relating issue on Phone.
- Include truthful information about products, services and company policies.
- Ensure that there is no compulsion on the customers and talk to them in a clear and polite way.
- Empathize with the customer and provide relevant solutions.
- Keep a log of customer information and update call status in the system.
- Maintain all of your interactions in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
