Job Description for Fleet Supervisor
- Plan and give daily work to the team based on how many tasks are coming in and which ones are most urgent.
- Help solve customer complaints and serious issues with support from the Team Leader.
- Make sure the team finishes all tasks on time and with good quality.
- Talk to the Field Executives and keep track of the work happening in real-time.
- Share important updates with Acko managers and the field team so problems get fixed quickly.
- Keep all records and documents as per the given process (SOP).
- Take care of the full customer experience and find ways to make it better through training and small projects.
- Guide and support Field Executives to do their best work by giving feedback and training.
- Work with other teams to improve the process and build better ways of working.
- Always try to improve customer happiness scores like CSAT, NPS, and CES.
