- Enhanced Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Performing a regular audit and monitoring of the team performance through KPIs, such as Quality, Productivity, Shrinkage and Attrition. Continuous coaching and feedback to team members for performance improvement.
- Floor Support & Escalation Handling Swift and effective handling of escalations.
- Process Enhancement Identifying gaps in the process and suggesting it makes processes better as it would help increase performance with a focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Whenever new people join the team, providing them coaching and development plans, Continuous improvement of existing teams.

- Target ManagementManaging ensuring Target met in team working for KPIs (AverageHandlingTime)
- Reporting & Documentation: Keeping records of team performance, issues arising and how they were resolved for reporting back to the senior management or clients.
