- Collaborating as a trusted advisor to diagnose and resolve the most complex business & technical issues for our EMEA/APJ accounts.
- Driving technical studies throughout the Akamai Connected Cloud Platform.
- Taking ownership from the customers problems till resolution and collaborating with teams internally (Across time zones).
- Use and maintain Akamai Knowledge Database with a continuous-improvement mentality.
- Contributing to an overall quality of service by providing feedback around our internal tools, processes and working with us as we grow to become SME.
